Sky Convertible Top Now Available Again for 2025 GMC Hummer EV

The Sky Convertible Top was one of the most intriguing features announced for the GMC Hummer EV, offering a unique soft-top option for the front half of the cabin. Unfortunately, it was pulled before any models could hit the road with it. Now, though, GMC has reintroduced this option for the 2025 model year on both the SUV and Pickup versions! While current pricing is still TBD, it was previously listed at $1,695.

Would you add the Sky Convertible Top to your Hummer EV?

Nice! I would like to hear about some real-world experiences with this top.

Can’t wait for this and will it be available aftermarket for 2024s? I had the one-touch sky roof on my Jeep and it was worth every single ($4000) penny

I got this put on my car two weeks ago. I absolutely love it. It is a bit of a pain to initially close as it is very tight. Since it has been sitting in the sun during the week at work it already begun to loosen. It was really hard at first for me. I am 110lbs. It really is getting easier and I have no regrets. And my chihuahua loves it as well. lol .

Did you notice any extra wind noise over the factory roof panels? Do you have any photos of it on your Hummer?

Well, when it is open it Is a bit challenging when on the phone, but, when it is closed not really. It is pretty much the same. I really love the fact that I am able to open it so smoothly. I absolutely love it. It is a game changer. It cost me $2200 + labor.
