Hummer EV SUV - Spare Tire Delete

Has anyone found or considered a solution for removing the spare on this one? It’s tricky with the integrated camera, so a simple plate won’t work. I’d love to see an aftermarket option that’s reversible—something you could put back on for off-roading if needed, but for my daily use, the spare isn’t necessary.
