I’ve noticed a few posts in the Facebook group about owners starting to receive the new OTA update, GM N25-172AE. Has anyone here on the forum gotten it yet? Curious if you’ve seen any issues or improvements.”

I got an update 2 days ago, and installed while I was charging during the night time.

My Omega is at the dealership and getting it installed. It was there for a tonneau cover install initially LOL!!

Mine is a 2025 year with a build date of 12/2024, so not sure if it’s being rolled out from newest to oldest production date vehicles. Just a thought!

Mine is a 25 as well built in August. Hopefully it’s available soon.

That's the same error message I'm getting as well. (2025 2x) - I'm going to take it in to the dealer this week.

My Onstar quit working as well, I wonder if it's related?

My update showed up on my vehicle this morning. Update completed successfully!

Here is the screenshot after it was completed. Looks like it was just getting the system prepared for future updates. That makes sense if there might be an update with the announcement on May 15th.

Got a notification that the update was ready a few minutes ago and everything was going smoothly—until I got a call about 10 seconds before it started. Apple CarPlay kicked in and interrupted the process. Now I can’t get it to restart the update.
