What do you think about the offset?

It depends on how far outside of the wheel well you want your wheels and tires to poke out. My quick math says at -44 offset your wheels will stick out about 1.5" per side or 3'' wider than stock. Although, those wheels are very wide at 12" so that changes the offset math also. I think the 12" wide wheels are more in the "Brodozer" territory and too wide for an actual offroad wheel and tire setup.
