This issue involves the infotainment touch screen has THEFT LOCKED on it. The screen will not respond to touch nor reset by holding down the end call button.

Update. Those who have the Ultium chargers that get the sporadic amber light and no charging. The fix is to completely seat the removable plug into the charger. I had to press down onto an edge to get it seated properly. Never had an issue again…

Update:
Did a hard reset myself by disconnecting the ground on the 12v battery. Left it off for 30mins. Started the vehicle, followed the on screen prompts to turn windows down then up. Drove it for 10 mins, no CEL light after hard reset. Got back home and plugged in level 2, now charging...
My dealer delivered my HEV with 41 psi all around. Noticed that the tire noise was on a scale of 1 to 10, where 10 was unbearable, it was about a 6.5.
The correct cold tire pressure is 44 psi all around. Tire noise dropped to a 3.7.
