Bolts right in using factory holes. I had a branch come through the lower grill when off road in my ram truck and damage my oil cooler. It's a bit expensive for a couple pieces of stamped metal but should do the job. First large rock I hit will probably dent it in but again I do believe it will stop intrusion.
